Appointment & Arrival
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and may be charged a $10 per 15 minutes late fee.
- Dogs must be leashed when entering the salon.
Cancellation Policy
- We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $40 cancellation fee, which will be added to your next visit.
- Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Vaccinations
- Dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccination (proof may be required).
- Puppies must have completed essential vaccines appropriate for their age.
Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural concerns before the appointment.
- If a dog is sick (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing), we reserve the right to reschedule for safety.
Behaviour & Handling
- Aggressive or extremely anxious dogs may require an additional handling fee.
- If a dog becomes unsafe to groom, we may stop the session for their safety.
Matting Policy
- Severely matted dogs will require shaving for comfort and safety.
- Dematting fees may apply depending on the severity and time required.
- We do not perform painful dematting.
Senior Dogs
- Senior dogs are groomed with extra care, but their comfort comes first.
- Grooming may be shorter or adjusted depending on their health.
Anal Glands
- We provide external anal gland expression only. internal must be done by a veterinarian.
Fleas & Parasites
- If fleas or ticks are found, an additional fee will apply for cleaning and decontamination.
- The appointment may need to be ended early depending on severity.
Payment
- Payment is due at pick-up.
- Prices may vary depending on coat condition, size, and behaviour.
Pick-up Policy
- Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes of being notified.
- Extended holding time may result in a small daycare fee.
Photos & Social Media
- We may take before/after photos for social media unless you request otherwise.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’d like any adjustments to your dog’s haircut, please let us know within 48 hours.
